Patiala Heritage Festival - annual. The festival is a fortnight long jamboree of art, culture and performing arts in the city of Patiala, held every February since 2002 and organized under the aegis of the North Zone Cultural Center of India. It includes a traditional crafts fair, folk dances from various states of India, dog show, fashion show, classical music concerts among many other events. The 15 days the city bears a festive look and there is celebration all round as the city welcomes the spring. |
